Shipping policy
At Del Mar Jewelry, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. By placing an order with our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, special releases, custom order periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Del Mar Jewelry reserves the right to require additional processing time when necessary.
Shipping Time
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined solely by the shipping carrier and are considered estimates only. Del Mar Jewelry does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, service interruptions, or other events beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Del Mar Jewelry is not responsible for orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the order.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Del Mar Jewelry is no longer responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. Any delivery issue occurring after shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier.
We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, or the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items or Packages
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date at contactdelmarjewelry@gmail.com. We may require clear photos of the damaged item, shipping label, and packaging in order to review the claim.
Claims submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for review, refund, replacement, or store credit.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in these situations.
Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, the order will still remain subject to our shop policies. Del Mar Jewelry does not issue refunds for refused shipments, and any reshipping costs, if applicable, must be paid by the customer.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are fully responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, VAT, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
Del Mar Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or import procedures. If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges or import-related issues, no refund will be issued for shipping costs, and additional fees may apply to resend the order.
Shipping Fees
All shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped. This includes orders that are delayed, returned to sender, refused, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Order Responsibility
Once an order is placed and shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure that the package can be safely received. Del Mar Jewelry is not responsible for failed delivery attempts, missed deliveries, or packages left unattended after delivery.
